PrintObama Not Born In USA, Says Democrat Lawyer

Philadelphia lawyer and life-long Democrat Party activist Philip J. Berg has filed a lawsuit that may change the course of history. No, he is not suing the Bush Administration - he is suing his own party, its candidate for President, Barack Hussein Obama, and the Federal Elections Commission. The charge: Obama is not a naturally-born US citizen and therefore is constitutionally ineligible to run for and hold the office of President of the United States of America.
"There's nothing more sacred than our United States Constitution," Mr. Berg told The Right Perspective, "and it hasn't been followed. Barack Obama is trying to circumvent the Constitution and it must be stopped."
To be eligible to serve as President of the United States, one must be born in the country. Questions surrounding Obama's true birthplace started as Internet whispers several months ago, and quickly built up into an actual case as individuals started to question the rumors and conduct independent research on the matter.
The Obama campaign posted what it claims to be the Illinois senator's birth certificate on its website in June to quell these rumors. The online document, titled a "Certificate of Live Birth", shows Obama was born in Hawaii on Aug. 6, 1961. This "Certificate of Live Birth" has become a focal point in the lawsuit, which claims three "independent" document forensic experts performed extensive tests on the digitally-scanned image and found the document to be "a forgery". Instead of being born in Hawaii, Mr. Berg contends that Senator Obama was born in Kenya, the country his father is from.
Mr. Berg filed a motion for declaratory judgment to declare that Obama does not meet the qualifications to run for president, in addition to a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) to prevent him from being nominated for president by the DNC. As if this story were not intriguing enough already, here it gets interesting: despite having copies faxed to the offices of the parties involved, nobody has yet been served with the suit. "It seems that the United States Attorney's Office accepted service for the Federal Elections commission and they did accept service for the DNC, which befuddled me. Now we've heard two days later that they've changed it, and the dockets are being changed. There's no reason they should be accepting for a private corporation, the DNC," Mr. Berg told The Right Perspective.
The TRO was heard on Aug. 22 without the presence of the other defendants. "The judge denied the TRO because he felt the injuries claimed to all of the voters of our country, versus the injury to Barack Obama, the injury would be greater to him by not having the Democrat National Committee not nominate him to the office of President," Mr. Berg said. "So the TRO was denied but I asked the judge if we could entertain Expedited Discovery. He didn't rule on it but he did say he would entertain a telephone conference once all the parties were served and I was satisfied leaving with that. The judge could have reviewed the case and thrown the whole case out at that point. He didn't because I believe that there is sufficient information to go forth and I believe there is sufficient information to prove that he is not a national born citizen and does not meet the qualifications to run for president".
Mr. Berg is curious to why the Obama campaign, known for its rapid-response damage control, has not yet responded to his lawsuit. "Here we are, seven days later, it was faxed to their office, it's all over the Internet, seven days later and not one word from the Obama campaign. And as every minute goes by, every hour goes by, every day goes by, I believe more and more that I am 100% correct on this," said Mr. Berg. "And what can they say? If I was wrong, they should have come out earlier this week and held a news conference. It didn't have to be Obama himself, it could have been any high-profile staff person, and said, 'listen, there's this nut out there named Phil Berg, he filed a suit, we give him 24 hours to withdraw it or we're going to sue him for millions of dollars because he is defaming our candidate, etc, etc, and here is proof to show he is not telling the truth'. Well, we haven't seen anything like that, have we? We haven't seen anything like that."

It has every thing to with if he was born in the usa, if we let anyone come in and run our country we will lose it all, not saying anything bad against Obama, but just for arguement statement, if one lies about where they are born, where does the lieing start and where does it end.

If it were any other White candidate the government would have looked into it further and he would have not been allowed to even run for president. We have followed these rules for decades and now we should break them? He should be a natural born citizen, what next having a person who has been a citizen for only a few years run, it will never stop. Our country will eventually be lead by other country leaders, not Americans.

We are now in the days of reverse racism. No matter what happens Barack will always be seen as being a "Savior of America." I personally love who he is as a person just don't agree with basically any of his policies. Being white and not an Obama supporter I am seen as being racist, but when an African-American publicly goes on TV, Kanye West, and states the President hates black people its taken as truth and nothing else. I for one believe Barack Obama is not a naturally born citizen and its a slap in the face to those who have fought for our rights and constitutionto allow just anyone to run our country.

Well as you all know by now, anything goes when you're running for political office in the federal government. Sit back and enjoy the cartoon show. Maybe some REAL BLOODED AMERICANS will wake up out of their sound sleep they've been in for the last 80 years.
Wolfgang is correct. Lets keep our sacred Constitution and let the Federal Government have only the powers delegated to it. Obama must measure up!

before long the truth will surface.everything points to fraud--so far.---patience and fortitude appear to be in order.this should be easy as pie to investigate---to prove or disprove .the absence of records just does not happen.positive confirmation either way must be inviolate. positive or negative data in 2 countries will reinforce the evidence.the most simple evidence is easy to come by-people get their birth certificates easily.birth certificates are uniform and official.Hawaii is not in the center of a lost civilization.absence of proper identification is also a positive finding.

The biggest problems are shunted off and also created by self interest .corruption is everywhere.
Either we bury the causes of our misfortune or we will be buried instead.Any shopkeeper can tell what is needed.They remain unheeded.America as it was, is unrecognizable.Its moral fibre has been lost.Our youth is uneducated to the point of disaster.Their votes are based on ignorance and emotion.They are incapable of rational reasoning.Our politicians are intellectual pygmies as a result.I could go on and on.ASide from the above everything is coming up DAISIES and POISON IVY.How long,how long before we control our destiny.The calibre of our politicians is so frightful.They are incapable of sound judgments.What I say above can be heard on every street corner in this land.They are directing our ship to a craggy coast .
Our stock market is a reflection of AMERICAN panic.No one has a clue as to what to do,because of government incompetence at all levels federal and state..
Americans are being drowned by the weight of everyone who is riding on their backs with a deaf government unable to comprehend what they are doing.The reasoning power is on the level of a high school grade12.They are mapping out our futures and they sadly overestimate what few abilities they have.Most have not even run a bicycle propelled hot dog cart.
To compare the quality of the Chinese or Indian capabilities with what we are raising is to foster hopelessness here with good reason.
California spending 65 billion annually on failed education on a level with SUDANESE competence is an appalling.disgrace.Still they want to squander more and more of our . monies.
